Where are the Leaders?

Ok from a church perspective, where are the real male leaders. I know that females make up a large percentage of the population of churches. But where are the men? I'm not one to say that women can't lead, but it seems to me that out of all of the dudes that are around that complain about how things in our society and communities are, we should be leading the charge to get more brothers (black and white) on the real front line of issues and leadership in the church....especially the black church. ..........just my thoughts.
